Ten driver penalties have been issued after Friday’s practice session at Valencia Street Circuit.

Addax Team’s #17, Felipe Guimaraes has been penalised for crossing the line at the pit exit during Friday practice. The Brazilian has a drop of 3 grid positions in the first race this afternoon.

Also penalised for ignoring waved yellow flags during Friday practice are ART Grand Prix’s #2 Alexander Rossi, Status GP’s # 6 Daniel Morad, Manor Racing’s #7 James Jakes, Carlin’s #15 Dean Smith, Carlin’s #16 Lucas Foresti, Addax Team’s #18 Pablo Sanchez Lopez, MW Arden’s #20 Michael Christensen, Tech 1 Racing’s #27 Stefano Coletti and Atech CRS GP’s #29 Roberto Merhi.

All nine drivers will receive a drop of 3 grid penalties in the first race this afternoon. The penalties will be applied in the order that the offenses were committed. The amended grid will be issued prior to the start of the race.
